This is a classroom and hands-on course, you will need to bring basic tools. These tools are necessary for the shop/labs, so please have them available for your use. These are WHAT you will need during the course. (any specific questions, please call Sam 727-418-2392.
(LAPTOPS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR CLASSROOM)

Test Equipment:
VOM AC/DC Current, Voltage,OHMs, Frequency and Capacitance.
Low Pressure Manometer
LP Gas sniffer.
Thermometer... Digitial or Analog
Propane Test appartus (we have available for a fee)

Battery Service:
Battery cleaner brush/tool
Hydrometer
Battery terminal puller
Safety Glasses  (required for all shop activities)

Screwdrivers:
Phillips and Flat  Short and long
1/4" Nut driver set  Metric and SAE
Square Drive
Torx (various sizes)





A basic tool box or bag will be required. Bring Basic tools. Any speciality tools will be discuss and can be order from Amazon or other tool stores. There are a couple of tools required for testing, price will be reviewed in class.

Throughout the 10-week course, students receive training on RV systems. These include Electrical (DC/AC), LP Systems, Refrigerators, Heating and A/C, Plumbing, Basic Generators maintence to mention a few.  Our hands-on training provides students with real world  troubleshooting skills on labs and on-site RVs and occasional field trips.  Upon graduation you will receive RV Tech Training Center Certified RV Technician designation.
